Lately, I have been spending less time working in the studio, and more time packing and hauling my work to sales and galleries. The "busy-ness" of this time of year generally dictates how my time will be spent. Thank goodness for the kind and supportive man in my life, who understands why the living room is cluttered with TV trays and other surfaces filled with clay in various stages of completion- my attempt to continue to have my hands in clay, even if just for a few moments here and there.
AuthorI took a Beginning Ceramics class in 2004, and I was hooked! Shortly thereafter, I was able to rent studio space in a local community studio. There I have access to kilns and equipment to do my work, not to mention being surrounded by the inspirational energy of other ceramic artists. Archives
